2.) If your inquiry regards the fact that your username and password are not accepted, please make sure that:

  • you enter your username and password correctly (they are case-sensitive)
    To get the best accuracy, we recommend that you copy and paste them from the original email message you received after purchase to the relevant fields
  • you do not attempt to download the administrator (LAN update) version unless you have a multi-user license purchased

Provided by CSA (computersecurityassociates.com, stopthreats.com)- if you use the trial version, please enter "TRIAL".
The Username was assigned to you at the time of purchase. It can be found in the Update setup panel in Control Center.

Enter your password as typed in the Update setup panel in Control Center (required only in case your problem is related to the Incorrect password error message).
